Come join us for an opportunity for self-care and support!

An important piece to living a healthy life is meaningful connection with others, and workshops and groups can fill that void.

My goal is to help you learn new self-care strategies that you can develop into positive habits to live a more connected and fulfilled life. Whether we learn and connect through music, art, dance, meditation, food, exercise, and so much more, learning new things and connecting with others can provide so much for us.

I am open and very interested in hearing from my current and prospective clients about what types of topics they would be interested in attending and being a part of for the future.  Contact me with your ideas and goals, and I will start brainstorming!
