Financial and Payment Information
Session costs can be requested at the time of contact. I offer a limited number of lower cost sessions, which are based upon financial need.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your first appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, major credit/debit cards and most Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
I am In-Network with the following insurances:
- Blue Cross
- First Priority
- Value Options
If you plan on using an insurance that I do not accept, please contact your insurance company to verify that you have Out-Of- Network Mental Health Benefits.
Missed Appointments and Cancellations
Any appointments scheduled, but not kept, as well as, any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled time will be charged $60. This is not covered by your insurance company.
If you are late for session, you may lose some of your session time. If there is an emergency situation, in which a late cancellation is necessary, please contact me before the charge is made to your account.
I offer a variety of appointments throughout the week, by appointment only.
